The worst nightmare of all the pig farmers after 14 long years is again on the screen in the new Duke Nukem Forever game! Duke himself lay on the couch smoking a cigar, playing a leisurely computer game, about himself. Suddenly, the evil aliens again encroached on the most important resource of the planet Earth - the girls. Everything would be fine if they had not kidnapped the twins Holsen - the darling of the protagonist. Without thinking for a long time, Duke picked up the cannon and the cigar between his teeth and set off again to save the planet.
